Установлен в 2006 году к 110-летию образования ЗСЖД и 61-летию со дня победы в Великой Отечественной войне.
На дверце дымовой коробки звезда с барельефом Ленин-Сталин, на буферном брусе — герб СССР.
"Еще в 2014 году из-за участившихся случаев травматизма граждан, пытающихся забраться на паровоз, было принято решение демонтировать внутренние элементы паровоза и воссоздать макет кабины [так в оригинале] в новом региональном музее истории железной дороги."
