Description
Русский: Оформление гербов Войска Донского согласно геральдической реформа Б. Кене. «Знамёна употребляются в гербах крепостей, где они помещаются по сторонам щита, соединёнными александровскою лентой. На полотне их изображается государственный орёл. В гербах крепостей, особо отличившихся, вместо государственного орла помещается вензель того Императора, в царствовании которого отличие это произошло. Знамёна эти соединяются георгиевскою лентою. В гербах Кубанской и Донской областей помещаются знамёна и штандарты, жалованные этим казачьим войскам.»
