English: Калина - растение семейства Адоксовые. Плоды её - ярко красные,овальные,

горькие, после заморозков съедобные. В ягодах Калины содержатся каротин и множество минеральных веществ марганец, железо, цинк, фосфор, медь, хром, йод и селен. Витамина С до 70% это ставит в один ряд с шиповником Богата витаминами А, Е, Р, и К, органическими кислотами, особенно валериановой. Плоды отличное общеукрепляющее, противовоспалительное, ранозаживляющее, мочегонное и желчегонное средство. Настой ягод

рекомендуется употреблять при гастритах, гипертонии, запорах
