Description

Русский: «Дом Горсовета» (жилой): Екатерининская улица, 51 / улица 25 Октября, Пермь, Пермский край

Конструктивизм был символом послереволюционных времён, частью другого направления — авангарда, направленным на создание новых, пролетарско-социалистических образов.

И вот на перекрестке ул.Екатерининская и ул.Обвинская в 1932 году прошлого века возводят очередной пятиэтажный символ советской власти. После великой отечественной войны в 1947 году рядом с домой сделали пристрой из четырёх этажей на два подъезда.

На главном фасаде в верхней части большими буквами написано «Дом горсовета». Некоторые буквы уже не отчётливо видны, другие вовсе отвалились. В народе его уже прозвали "Дом Орсовета".

В этом доме была квартира профессора Павла Гузикова, доктора медицины, известного акушера-гинеколога, в Перми в шутку его называли «женским богом».

Есть мнение, что отношения в профессорской семье отразились в одном замечательном романе, о котором в наше время кто не слышал, а кто и просто забыл – «Два капитана» Вениамина Каверина. Автор, вроде как бывал в гостях у Гузиковых.
