Под руководством начальника медицинской обороны города А.Т. Андропова в дачных зданиях (включая и это) были размещены военные госпитали. С окончанием войны в здании расположился пионерский спортивный лагерь «Богатырь» от борцовской школы, просуществовавшие вплоть до распада СССР. Расположен по адресу: Сомово, улица Дубовая, 36, Воронеж, Воронежская область.
English: The house was built in 1910 and is an example of architecture of the late 19th and early 20th centuries in the Art Nouveau style. It belonged to the director of the soap factory M.L. Wasserman. After the Civil War and the nationalization of property that followed it, in the 1920s, the dacha was turned into a sanatorium, which later housed a hospital for the military during the battles of Voronezh in 1942. Under the leadership of the head of the medical defense of the city, A.T. Andropov, military hospitals were located in suburban buildings (including this one). With the end of the war, the building housed the pioneer sports camp "Bogatyr" from the wrestling school, which existed until the collapse of the USSR. It is located at the address: Somovo, Dubovaya Street, 36, Voronezh, Voronezh region.
