Русский: Дальнейшее развитие теплоснабжения ведется в соответствии с разработанной Среднеазиатским отделением института «ВНИПИэнергопром» «Схемой теплоснабжения г. Фрунзе на период до 2000 года» и утвержденной приказом Минэнерго СССР от 5 марта 1985 года. В соответствии с этой схемой начато строительство пиковой котельной ТЭЦ-2 в юго-западной части города и построены 15 км тепломагистралей от ТЭЦ-2 и две насосные станции №№ 6.1, 7.2. В 1991 году для обслуживания тепломагистралей от ТЭЦ-2 и тепловых сетей в юго-западной части города был создан Юго-Западный район. |
