Решенное в стиле неоренессанса здание отличается монументальностью. Крупный центральный ризалит со спаренным оконным проемом арочной формы на втором этаже придает дому представительность. Главный вход решен в виде глубокой лоджии с фигурной решеткой. Входную арку поддерживают две колонны тосканского ордера. Красиво прорисованы лепные детали.
