| Description | Этот комплекс находится под Демянском на перекресттке трех дорог. Дот, ежи, каска и красноармеец, поднявшийся в контратаку. На мемориальной табличке сказано: На этих рубежах воины Северо-Западного фронта в сентябре 1941 года впервые в Великой Отечественной войне окончательно остановили наступление фашистов вглубь нашей страны. Отсюда в январе 1942 года солдаты "Болотного" фронта начали наступление по освобождению своей Родины впервые в истории Второй мировой войны, окружив в Демянском "котле" 79-й стрелковый корпус, сформированный на Северо-Западном фронте, штурмовал Берлин, а бойцы 150-й и 171-й дивизий водрузили флаг Победы над поверженным рейхстагом. Командующий 34-й Армией СЗФ, Герой Советского Союза генерал-полковник Н.Э. Берзарин стал первым комендантом Берлина. Слава Героям отчизны! |
