Description
Українська: Селянський будинок земства 1912р. Будівля також відома під назвою "Прибутковий будинок Піотровського". Архітектор Б.М. Корнєєнко. У 1920-ті рр. у будівлі містилася творча спілка українських селянських письменників та поетів "Плуг". Зараз будівлю займає міське Бюро технічної інвентаризації (БТІ). Первісно будівля мала насичену орнаментику фасада в стилістиці декоративного модерну із мотивами українського національного романтизму (наріжна башточка, шостикутні вікна). У ніші фронтону центрального ризаліта був встановлений бюст Т.Г.Шевченка. У 1930-ті рр. фасадний декор та балкони були знищені.
