Description
Ελληνικά: Το Πάπιγκο, με την ξεχωριστή ομορφιά του, έχει ένα χαρακτηριστικό που είναι αδύνατο να περάσει απαρατήρητο, καθώς ουσιαστικά «σημαδεύει» την περιοχή, ειδικά το Μικρό Πάπιγκο. Είναι οι θεόρατοι βράχοι που ρίχνουν την επιβλητική σκιά τους στο χωριό, οι λεγόμενοι «πύργοι» της Αστράκας. Η Αστράκα είναι μία από τις κορυφές της Τύμφης, σε υψόμετρο 2.436 μέτρων, και από το Μικρό Πάπιγκο ξεκινά το μονοπάτι για να φτάσει κανείς στο καταφύγιο της Αστράκας. Λέγεται πως το όνομά της σημαίνει «σκεπή» και της δόθηκε ακριβώς επειδή ορθώνεται σαν σκεπή, πάνω από το χωριό.
