Polski: Świnoujście, ul. Stanisława Wyspiańskiego 24. Bliźniaczy budynek gmachu Urzędu Miasta stojący przy placu Mickiewicza znany też jako Koszary Sztuki. Budynek ten w latach 90. XX wieku przeszedł w prywatne ręce. Budynki w obrębie tego placu swoją historię rozpoczynały jako koszary dla garnizonu rozbudowującego się w Świnoujściu przed I wojną światową. Kompleks 11 budynków koszarowych w okresie od lutego 1910 r do września 1911 r. wzniosła berlińska firma budowlana Hartmann & Schlenzig. Wojskom niemieckim koszary służyły do maja 1945 r., kiedy to do miasta wkroczyły jednostki wojsk radzieckich. Wojska radzieckie Świnoujście opuściły w październiku 1992 r. |
