Description During the “Pastrage Calendal”, on Christmas Eve, this cart loaded with the most beautiful lambs and harnessed to the most vigorous rams, the “Floucat”, crosses the streets of the city, accompanied by a costumed procession, before heading to the church where the lambs are blessed and offered to the Crèche in remembrance of the adoration of the shepherds. All attend Midnight Mass, and then share a fraternal meal..
