Former Edvi Illés Villa. In 1879 existed as Erzsébet holiday/summer house owned by Kammerspeyer(?!). The new owner was engineer Aladár Edvi Illés. Neo-Baroque towers decorated windows, stone carved balconies, wrought iron fence (works of students of Aladár Edvi Illés, mechanical engineer, university teacher, principal, secretary of state of Commerce Ministry, editors of the 'Hungarian Engineer and Architect Association' journal) It was a family vacation home. Here spent his vacaton: portrait painter Ödön Edvi Illés, painter and medallist György Edvi Illés Inherited(?) by Aladár Edvi Illés a Munkácsy Prize recipient post-impressionist watercolor and oil painting landscape painter and graphic designer (etchings) /Pest, 25 May 1870.-Budapest, Jun 1, 1958/ who lived here with his vocalist wife. Bought by the Turan Circle Association for a house of culture. Since 1950 a cinema operated here, since 1969 village library, in the 2010s and 2020s library, radio museum, and local history museum are here - 21 Árpád Street (Highway 12), Verőce, Pest County, Hungary.

Már 1879-ben Kammerspeyer tulajdonos nevén mint Erzsébet lak nyaraló létezett (két sarok tornyos épület); Turáni Kör társaság kultúrháznak vette meg, 1950-től mozi, 1969-től könyvtár ma könyvtár rádiómúzeum galéria és helytörténeti kiállítás (máshol Verőce Helytörténeti Múzeum/Falumúzeum) A 'mágnás sor' egyik háza. Itt nyaraltak az Edvi családből: Edvi Illés Aladár gépészmérnők, a Fiumei temető 11-1-28 as parcellájában, Edvi Illés Aladár sírja a Farkasréti temető 22/1-156 parcellájában van. Edvi Illés Ödön a tudósportrék festője, (1877. március 23. -1946. június 5), Edvi Illés György festő, éremművész. - Pest megye, Verőce, Árpád út (12-es főút) 21
