Title
?Roman copper alloy pin
Description
English: An incomplete copper-alloy pin of unknown age. The shank is 105mm in length, oval in cross-section and tapers from the head to the tip. The head-end is broken, but just before the break the shank is flattened, wider and begins to curve forward as if it was going to form a loop similar to a coiled brooch-head. The surface of the shank is iptted and has a dark reddish-brown patina.
