On display the latest version of the Pratone seat by Giorgio Ceretti, Pietro Derossi and Riccardo Rosso, members of Gruppo Strum. The early version of Pratone is dated 1966, but was difficult to produce because the grass leaves were wider at the top than at the bottom and rotated only by 45 degree from one to the other. Since 1971 Gufram produced a refurbished design in an industrial foam production process. During the years, the Pratone seat was refurbished at least one more time. Pratone seats were on display in several exhibitions. |
