The Wolfhound Train-the-trainer program is a two-day course designed to train Soldiers how to operate and service the Wolfhound counterinsurgency system. Medina is part of a Military Intelligence Security Forces Assist and Advise Training Team that is designated to train the Afghanistan National Army on the proper use of the Wolfhound counterinsurgency man-pack system.
