| Description |
English: 'The Barlick', Church Street, Barnoldswick This public house on Church Street was originally called 'The Commercial', but was re-named some thirty years ago, probably in an attempt to brighten up its image. This may have succeded to some extent, as it seems to be the choice hostelry for the younger, 18-25 age group, drinkers in the town.
The street visible to the left of the pub. on the present photograph is Commercial Street. |
