Summary

[edit]
Description

Seen at Forest How, Eskdale.

Now well on the way to recovery. In early July, she ran onto a thorn, which lodged close to the corner of her right eye, resulting in a nasty infection which showed visible symptoms close to those associated with squirrelpox, but without the lethargic behaviour.

Scabs formed, dried, and were scratched off, causing the infection to spread across the top of her head. Two days after this picture was taken, the wounds had completely healed. Earlier this week, I heard that she was looking much better.

As can be seen, some new fur has started growing.
