| Description |
English: "The Prison", Quiraing Although this appears to be a man made structure it is in fact a natural feature. The result of landslip where the cliff has fractured and part has slid downhill from the main escarpment. This section is known as the 'Prison' and climbing it presents an interesting scramble. There are a number of other weird rock formations in this area known as the Quiraing, such as the 'Needle, and 'Table'. |
