Description

Erected in 1880 in the middle of Fleet Street London Stands The Temple Bar Monument. Temple Bar marks the boundary between the City of Westminster and the City of London, and the end of the Strand /and the beginning of Fleet Street.

Queen Victoria and Edward, Prince of Wales, were carved in stone on the North And South facing sides of the monument by the sculptor J. E. Boehm
