English: A bronze sculpture of Theoodre Roosevelt on horseback. The horse is about to jump with its back feet barely touching the ground. Theodore Roosevelt's left hands hold the reins and his right hand is in the air with his hat. A saber is attached to his belt. There is a structural support built into the bronze to held hold up the front legs of the horse. "Rough Rider" by Frederick MacMonnies depicts Theodore Roosevelt on horseback during the Spanish American War. He consulted with TR to design this bronze between 1904 and 1905. It is located in the North Room at the Theodore Roosevelt Home.
