• Introduced VEckl_(WMF) to Montage and Monumental for design feedback post Hackathon.

• Gather design recommendations for Montage from Volker.
• Prioritize the list of features for Montage with Pawel and Stephen
• Get up to speed with Wikidata migration status.

Notes

some notes from the interview of the grants team:

• not going to be able to keep the schedule. Some issues with the committee about the borderline, how scoring happens. Hope to limit delay to 2 weeks.
• proposal was very popular in the first round. Looks promising.
• Lodewijk gave a bit of a background.

Will go over some questions/comments that were posed.

• resistance to funding the meeting. We addressed what we want to get out of that, etc.
• available budget is 1/3.
• photo usage in Wikipedia
• how will it evolve over the next years
• what would we cut from the budget
• how can we be sure to deliver? Very depending on other factors! (yes, national teams very important. That is one of the reasons for how we defined our goals).
• hear back in 2,5 weeks from now.
