Thanks. I'd request for you to give a bit of an explanation in the English-language description on the file page. The other thing is, let's discuss what would make a photo of this well most useful. In File:Well of Mathin 11.jpg, the photo you've nominated, we see the sculpture of the face of Mathin, information in Bengali (can all of it be figured out despite the pole?) and another sign in Bengali to its right. All of the partially painted structure over the well is in the picture frame, but the crop, especially on the left, is very tight. In File:Mathiner kup.jpg, we get more of the context and have what seems like a more nearly unobstructed view of the Bengali-language information, but we don't see Mathin's face. I like it better for giving a wider context, though. File:মাথিনের কূপ.jpg is similar, but the Bengali-language information is cropped in the middle, so I think it's really between your file and Mathiner kup.jpg.
