Scope	Nominated as the most valued image on Commons within the scope: Wall clouds

Reason	Lowest resolution image in the scope category, however, the image has the best photographic quality. In my opinion, the higher quality of the photograph makes this more suitable for use on Wikimedia projects than the high resolution, low quality images in the scope category, and thus would make it the most valued image in the scope. Review (criteria)	Unfortunately it is rather tilted, and the size is simply too small. Unfortunately, it cannot at present become a valued image since it currently fails valued image criterion 5 (should be geocoded, but is not). "All images are expected to be geocoded unless it would not be appropriate to do so".
