Review (criteria)	Comment The wheel arrangement of this locomotive is not clear from either the image title, the image itself or the description that accompanies the image. There is another that is a good compromise, but I can reshoot a better quality one that has the same angle. Perhaps a scope change to Category:Fireless steam locomotives of the United States or Category:Fireless steam locomotives is appropriate because this is the largest fireless locomotive ever built and this picture emphasizes that? -- Ram-Man 14:43, 20 March 2016 (UTC) The alternate image that you identified is, in my view, a better image. Also, the description associated with that image clarifies thatthe image that the locomotive has a 0-8-0 wheel arrangement (which that image also shows).
