Comment Really the higher resolution picture is the File: Mergus octosetaceus 2.png, all were loaded for me to compete for Featured Image, but demanded a higher resolution. As here does not require high resolution, preferred place of intermediate size. The File:Mergus octosetaceus, por Sávio Freire Bruno.jpg was the first, but has low resolution, but ideal to load pages in other Wikipedias. The licenses are the same. Regarding this file and File:Mergus octosetaceus 2.png, I would think this one could be deleted, because there is no need to keep a lower resolution version of the exact same photo. File:Mergus octosetaceus, por Sávio Freire Bruno.jpgappears to me to be a similar photo but more in-focus, but that might be an artifact of the resolution. If all three are just different resolutions of the same photo, the two lower-resolution photos should probably be deleted, and then the remaining (highest-resolution) photo can be nominated for VI.
