Comment @DeFacto: It's not nice to hang in the air like this, so I thought I'd at least tell you why personally I have not voted on this so far. First of all, I think I could live with this not being geocoded – it's not absolutely necessary for this kind of image, imho. But I'm uncertain about what I think about the growth stage this specimen is at. It looks like it is starting to "bolt" (i.e. shoot up and start flowering, leo.org tells me that this is the terminus technicus for the German "schießen" in this case). It's still perfectly fine to eat, but the ones you can buy in the supermarket are usually harvested before they start forming that "peak" at the top. So it's not really representative for the standard impression people have when they think about this kind of lettuce. But it is still valuable in the sense that it is the only picture we have of this growth stage. Maybe it could work out with an adjusted scope that takes that into account? However, that should make clear that the bolting has just started, as a fully bolted lettuce would look more like this. Cheers, --El Grafo (talk) 10:08, 25 August 2017 (UTC)
