| Reason | Exceptional source. New in "Commons". Only picture we have of Étienne Monier, one of the members of the en:Bande à Bonnot, an anarchist and very violent gang of the beginning of the 20th-century. This guy was involved in many bloody bank robberies or attacks. With two other accomplices, he was executed by guillotine in april 1913. Picture taken by en:Alphonse Bertillon. Restored by me.
