I'm saying if the photo had some distinctive background in it, that would make this viewable in context as a unique object. It doesn't have to be distinguishable from other cross bases, because it is unique and a Grade II listed structure. This is the only, and therefore de facto the best, image of this object. That's why it has the scope it does. In that way, it fulfills the VI criteria. If uniqueness seeking you are, it is the only object at its specified geocoordinates.
