Review (criteria)	In my opinion, this picture does not illustrate the subject well, as it is shown with special and unusual ornaments and decorations. I think this one is better, from this point of view. For instance, the flag is important, as it is a building of an official authority --Jebulon (talk) 15:08, 18 July 2011 (UTC)[reply] the decoration is not that predominant that the impression of the building will be falsified by the ornaments.
