No, for in the example you mentionened above, there exist two different, distinct coulours, whereas here we have the case that we have a continuous transition, so one can't decide, where one coulour form ends and the other begins. It resembles more to this. All these specimens belong to the same population and were collected within a few square meters. No shell of this population resembles to an other one completely, all are different, the photo shows only a few of them to demonstrate the range of variability. In this case one should create a special colour form for each single shell, which makes no sense in my view. --Llez (talk) 05:49, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
