Reason I see this photo as being indicative of the Bhutanese people. You can tell that this man has not had an easy life, but he is genuinely happy and content. -- russavia (talk)

Oppose Scope could be “People of Bhutan” with a link to the relevant category. Geocoding data are lacking. --Myrabella (talk) 09:10, 26 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Comment I have chanegd the scope to Category:People of Bhutan. I don't believe that geocoding data is relevant in this instance, as I don't think we need to advertise the exact location of what may be quite possibly the person's home? --russavia (talk) 11:44, 26 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
    • I think this image needs geolocalisation because it links up with a geographical feature and because "Gross National Happiness" that you quote is initially a Buthanese concept. You can indicate the coordinates of the town or the village, or, if this one is too tiny, give at least the district coordinates and state in the image description that it is a broad localisation. --Myrabella (talk) 19:41, 26 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
