Reason This is what makes the burs of this species stick to, well, actually almost anything including your fingers (even better than the velcro inspired by this). I know the size and quality is far from QI level, but please keep in mind these things are tiny. Shooting this was a real nightmare in multiple regards and even with a magnification ratio of about 2:1 I had to crop heavily. I think this is the best we currently have for both the species and the genus. -- El Grafo (talk)

  • No, unfortunately this really is the best I can offer. I already doubled the 1:1 magnification of my 100mm macro lens by reverse-mounting another 50mm onto it, but I still had to crop a huge portion of the original 16Mpx image. It's still much higher resolution than File:Klettar.jpg or File:Bur Macro BlackBg.jpg if you look at a single hook.
