Oppose for both scopes. "Children playing chess" has many better images. For example, I like File:Fotothek df roe-neg 0006339 030 Fünf Jungen Schach spielend.jpg better than this. Also the scope is very vague and i guess it will be very difficult to choose one image that would represent the whole scope. For the "Chess players from Venezuela", the image most probably doesn't fit in. Are the boys notable chess players? If not, they should not be part of this category. Theoretically, you may create another category for "Chess playing in Venezuela".
