This particular image is a suitable candidate for one of two scopes: "Boeing 787-9 in flight" or "Air New Zealand". I suggest that you select one of these two scopes and change the scope. (This applies to all the aircraft images that yo uhave submitted). If you visit Category:Boeing or Category:Airbus, you will see a drop-down box with the title "Good pictures". Enable the drop-down box and select "Valued images". Look at a few of them and check the scope that they used. [to link to] ... a relevant Commons category", not "You are required ...". See the example in that sub-section.
