Tornadoes of 2010
Used in Global usage
Reason After sorting through all of the images with a fair amount of resolution to them, I came to the conclusion that this is the best image in the scope "Tornadoes of 2010" and the best candidate for the most valued image in the scope. -- Ks0stm (TCG)

Comment I don't think that every year disasters should obtain own scopes. The scope here is Tornado and there is a photo (see here) with VI status already. If you think that you've found a better one then you can nominate it in a MVR competition in the same scope.--MrPanyGoff 13:00, 25 February 2011 (UTC) - Furthermore, according to the rules for subjects like this, you should place the camera location coordinates in the Summary section of the image using this tool--MrPanyGoff 13:13, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I can understand the concerns about scope, but I do not want to nominate this against the VI we have for "Tornado". As for the camera coordinates, that is very near impossible to do without contacting the person who took the picture, and I have no idea how to get his email address or other contact details. The best I could do is placing coordinates for Abingdon, IL, which is the town the tornado was nearest to. Ks0stm (TCG) 15:33, 25 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
