Reason	When I originally made this image, I did not know what was this strange device floating in the harbor. I subsequently discovered that it is one of the many attempts at renewable tidal power generation using a horizontal, in-stream, turbine design. What distinguishes this device is that it attempts to be a power supply focused at a community level (no large infrastructure required) and was constructed by a local builder of lobster boats. While the developer, Sustainable Marine Energy, has subsequently floundered financially, this image has value documenting one of the many attempts of renewable tidal power generation. -- GRDN711 (talk)
Review (criteria)	Oppose It's interesting but for a VI the device in question is too small in the image.
