Oppose - Although I must congratulate Jacek on spotting and identifying the Moiré pattern, I cannot support the nomination of this image for the classifcation "Valued image".
I think that the scope is too narrow - if this scope were allowed, we would allow an infinte number of examples of Moiré pattern in digital photography. In my view, only one image showing "Moiré pattern in digital photography" should be accorded "Valuable image" status. (I would support a "small number", but we need a clearly defined means keeping the number small).
It is very difficult to see the Moiré pattern in the nominated example. I think that this example is a better example of a Moiré pattern.
