The email is from an address under the domain steinway.com. No special notes about verification have been made on the ticket, though a thank you reply sent to the given address was dispatched on 8 March 2012 @15:14:26 and there has been no reply or complaint to that email. The same email contact and name is used by Bloomberg and other independent websites as the official Steinway press contact. The release statement is as follows:
