Rabelo boats in Vila Nova de Gaia, at the south bank of the Douro river, with the city of Porto in the background, Portugal. Before the arrival of the railway end of the 19th century the Rabelo was from the end of the 18th century the fastest way to get from the Douro Valley, located in the East, and where the port wine comes from, to the city of Porto, from where the wine was traded worldwide.
"buildings should be bigger" ?. Coincidentally today I received a visit from myself of the future, inviting me to travel in my time machine to this city in the sixteenth century Portugal to display engineering advancements for all builders of these works, so that the buildings could be bigger. --The_Photographer (talk) 17:33, 12 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
To be honest I haven't understood either why do the houses have to be bigger. You cannot have everything sharp and the subject -if there are any doubts- were the rabelos, not the houses in the background. Poco2 20:38, 12 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I meant that they are too poorly visible. Taking this picture from other angle might help to make them bigger (maybe taking it when you're on one of these boats yourself). There is no need to have a time machine for that. -- Pofka (talk) 14:28, 13 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There are a big different between "Taking this picture from other angle might" and "buildings should be bigger". Sometime is better tell simply I was wrong, however, its very difficult for severals peoples. Taking a picture from other angle is basically another picture. Compare images of nominations is incorrect, however, to compare a nomination with the imagination of perfection is totally ridiculous --The_Photographer (talk) 17:15, 13 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
