Homalocantha zamboi, Muricidae, Zambo’s Murex; Length 50 mm; Originating from Punta Engano, Cebu, Philippines; Shell of own collection, therefore not geocoded.
Dorsal, lateral (right side), ventral, back, and front view.

- Question Are these supposed to be white and pink? I know you've made plenty of these and very HQ, but they look bluish here like they might be underexposed. --IdLoveOne (talk) 16:35, 17 November 2010 (UTC)

- Info There is some colour variation in this species. The main colour is whitish with additional "colour shadows" in the depressions. These "colour shadows" can have a bluish, pinky, orange or lilac touch (or something in between). You can compare it of course with these examples [1] or these [2]. My specimen is bluish-pink (if I would describe it by words) in this respect with an orange mouth opening. -- Llez (talk) 19:20, 17 November 2010 (UTC)
