一貫道 → Yiguandao is the pinyin spelling, I-Kuan Tao the Wade-Giles spelling. The latter is no longer used in academic scholarship. Most contemporary academic publications use Yiguandao; see those listed herebelow.

Moreover, greattao.org is not "the official website" of the religion, as said by the user who moved the category, but of an American incorporated organisation of the religion. The religion has many branches and many websites, and one of the most general ones (www.yiguandao.com) uses Yiguandao. I-Kuan Tao is an older spelling and many organisations, such as that of the site greattao.org, were probably incorporated before the general shift to pinyin spelling for Chinese.
