Further authorizations required by the Italian "Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape" (Codice Urbani), under Legislative Decree No. 42, dated January 22, 2004, and its subsequent amendments, regarding the reuse of the picture. This image reproduces a property belonging to the Italian cultural heritage as entrusted to the Italian government. Such images are regulated by Articles 106 et seq. of the Italian Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape under Legislative Decree No. 42, dated January 22, 2004, and its subsequent amendments. These regulations, unrelated to copyright regulations, establish a system for the protection of Italy’s historic and artistic heritage and its standards of dignity. Among other things, these regulations provide for the payment of a concession fee by those who intend to benefit economically from reproductions of property belonging to the Italian cultural heritage. Reproduction of this image is permitted for personal use or study. A further authorization by the Accademia della Crusca is required for reproduction for any other purpose, and particularly for editorial porposes, commercial use. Such commercial use includes, but is not limited to, use in (a) any form of advertising, and (b) any company name, logo, trademark, image, activity, or product.

Legatura  : Antica in legno ricoperto di pelle lavorata, costola con nervature e chiusura a cerniere.

Condizioni  : buone (Prima c., cc. 33, 44 e ultime due restaurate,

               piccole tarlature presenti sulle cc. da 1 a 7 e sulla
               penultima c., macchia con perdita di testo sul v.
               della c. 24, c. 49 macchiata nel marg. inf., penult.
               c. gorata.).

               ult. due cc. non num. (frammenti di numer. ant. per
               entro il volume), precede e segue una c. di guardia
               bianca; contiene copia di mano di ignoto di un
               volgarizzamento trecentesco di Ovidio (Rimedio
               d'amore cc. 1-15r; La pulce c. 15v-16r, L'arte
               d'amare (c.17r-60 r) con note marginali; capilettere
               in inchiostro rosso; stemmi disegnati e cancellati
               alle cc. 1 e 17; disegni a fondo pagina alle cc. 32v
               e 48v; sulla penultima c., con inchiostro nero,
               disegno del Laberinto d'amore; sul piatto interno
               della copertina ex libris della Biblioteca
               Bardi-Serzelli con stemma, e sopra, a penna, ant.
