English: Quanshan Gate, a restored gate of the former city wall of Quanzhou. Located just north of Zhongshgan Park, north of Quanzhou's downtown. The gate is guarded by two bixi turtles, carrying stone tablets telling the story of the gate and its restoration. Somewhat unusually, the turtles face north, as if to meet visitors entering the city.
