The Philadelphia Police Administration Building at 700 Race Street between N. 7th and N. 8th Street near the Chinatown neighborhood of Philadelphia, nicknamed "The Roundhouse", was built 1963 and was designed by Geddes, Brecher, Qualls & Cunningham in the Brutalist style. In 2013 a plan to tear it down was announced and preservationists began a campaign to save it. (Sources: Philadelphia Architecture: A Guide to the City and news story)
