La lapide principale presenta un bassorilievo bronzeo della Vittoria alata. Ai lati altre lastre marmoree con incisi i nomi dei caduti e la frase dedicatoria.
Deutsch: San Vito al Tagliamento (Friuli/Italien) - denkmal für die Gefallenen im Weiler Savorgnano, vor der Kirche San Giacomo (Süden) und dem ehemaligen Schulgebäude (Norden). Auf dem Hauptgrabstein befindet sich ein bronzenes Flachrelief der geflügelten Sieg. An den Seiten sind eine Reihe von Marmorplatten mit den Namen der Gefallenen und dem Widmungssatz eingraviert.
English: San Vito al Tagliamento (Friuli/Italy) - monument to the fallen in the hamlet of Savorgnano, located in front of the church of San Giacomo (south) and the former school building (north). The main tombstone features a bronze bas-relief of the winged Victory. On the sides a series of marble slabs engraved with the names of the fallen and the dedicatory phrase.
