Ashby Place is a small laneway in Toronto's Corktown neighbourhood. Twelve small heritage rowhouses, constructed in the late 19th Century, face west. There is a plaque, in the laneway, that says:
- 1-12 Ashby Place
- 1890
- Designed with elements of the Second Empire style, the row houses of Ashby Place were built for Margaret Wilkins. The first tenants here included clerks, conductors, and a labourer.
