English: Parker Building / Silver Bow Hotel / Portland Hotel / Killion Building / 211 1st Ave S. This building as well as the identical building at 207 1st Ave S was built by Seattle city treasurer and collector Isaac Parker, whose name was once visible on the building's long lost pediment. The building has housed a variety of SRO hotels and saloons over its history and like its neighboring buildings has gone by a dizzying number of names.
