In 1900 this was the premises of William James, chemist, and the Liverpool Parcels Delivery Company. Since then it has been The Cabin CLub, Shere Khan Indian Restaurant, Porky's Ski Hutte (oh please!), Tribeca and most recently 53°. Gutted in a fire on 14th August 2019, it was currently roofless fopr a while and demolished in February 2020.
