Augustus

Imperator Caesar Augustus, born as Gaius Octavius and known for a time after his adoption as Gaius Julius Caesar Octavianus (63 BC - 14 AD) was the first emperor of the Roman Empire. His parents were Gaius Octavius and Atia, his consort was Livia Drusilla and his daughter Julia the Elder.
